Will RCCL let you change rooms to a lower deck after final payment due? Same category. I know they won't give me the lower room price advertised now. Tried that yesterday. Thanks You should not have a problem changing cabins within the same category, but as you suggested, you would not get any refund if the cabin cost less than what you paid.
