APM Posted March 3, 2019 Report Share Posted March 3, 2019 After you purchase, you can come and go as you please, via the spa reception desk , no reservation required. No time limit enforced but since there are only 4 loungers, i believe they are recommending a max limit if 15 mins to maximize availability. Only once have i ever seen a full house. 15 mins in the lounger, 10 mins in the sauna, shower, back on the lounger...everyone gets a chance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You are not limited to 15 minutes. It's just a limitation of the online booking system. Once you book the Thermal Suite pass, you will have unlimited access for as long as you like.
