maikypr Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 We dont like dress up during our vacations so we are skipping the MDR on formal nights. Is it an option to visit one of the specialty restaurants on those nights? What is the dress code for those restaurants? What is acceptable; collared shirt (oxford) and polo shirts, khakis or slacks? We will be cruising on the Jewel of the Seas. Thank you for your help. Quote
Matt Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 Yes, you can definitely go to a specialty restaurant in lieu of a formal night. For men, specialty restaurant dress codes are usually just a collared shirt and nice pants. You can wear a jacket and/or tie but it's not necessary. Quote
WAAAYTOOO Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 As long as the gentleman wears long pants and a shirt with a collar you will be fine. Matt 1 Quote
