  1. So, I’m agonizing over the decision to keep our soda packages, coffee card and package of water or maybe go for the refreshment package for my son and I. I’m a single Mom with not much and I’m afraid to “take the plunge “ and spend the extra $100. Please, I need constructive practical advice to help me choose. I say constructive because I’ve been made to look like an idiot on other forums. Be kind.
  2. So excited about our June 2019 cruise on Allure! Being a newbie, I'm asking for any advice or tips I should know. Can my son and I share one? Is room service included in the price? I'm just really confused by how this drink package works and the more I try to understand the more confused I get. I thought food and drinks are included EXCEPT for alcohol and "specialty" restaurants and cafes. I'd rather spend my money at port and on excursions than food and drink on board. Where do I find information on "kids club" hours and cost and i
  5. Good Morning all, I have seen several posts that contradict each other on gratuities and the Drink packages.\ Some state that the gratuities are included, some state not. The terms and conditions stated on my Beverage offer is: (I actually read this stuff)(And yes, I tried to get the answer before asking) Online Beverages reservations for your sailing will be available up until 22-Mar-2017 11:59 PM EDT. If you are within the cut-off time, you will need to make reservations onboard. * Prices are per person unless otherwise noted and shown in USD. All selections are subject
  6. Earlier this year, I posted a Drink Package Decision Tree based on a post by DisneyBartenderScott. The original thread can be seen here: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/boards/index.php/topic/1469-royal-caribbean-drink-package-decision-tree/?hl=%2Bdecision+%2Btree In trying to update the decision tree with the various sales going on and the streamlining of the drink package, I found that doing so was nearly impossible. So instead, I came up with a 10-item quiz to help you decide if you should consider purchasing the drink package. If you score above a 5, you should contemplate purcha
