I'm not sure why a B2B customer who might be doing a sailing like that once a year should be treated any differently than someone who is not B2B but cruises one week out of every month. Do we now need to have a frequent lunch club? Should they provide the Key benefit without you paying for it if you have had lunch on the same ship in the past year? And why not apply the same philosophy to Voom? "I bought Voom last week, so I should get it free this week"... If you're loyal to Royal, is it only because they are giving you a freebie?

With the most recent changes, the $100 OBC is 50,000 points, and the $100 Freeplay is 100,000 points, so that is a no-brainer to take the OBC IF available (especially since you should be able to use the OBC in the casino). However, they also have $150 Freeplay for 200,000 points, and no offer for $150 OBC. Since I just booked a cruise and plan on playing in the casino, I opted for the $150 Freeplay. Although the "price" is high, it still doesn't make much of a dent in my 14,400,000 balance!
