Would anyone that happened to be on the Allure sailing Nov 6 know the outcome of the Alpha Alpha Alpha medical emergency that occurred in the solarium last Tuesday? We have been praying for the person involved but never learned if they are alright. The captain said the Coast Guard was to arrive on board but we didn't notice if that occurred. This was the first time I witnessed an emergency onboard and am extremely impressed with how the crew responded and administered care. I really do pray they are alright.

You call BoA directly to have them apply the credits? I thought Crown and Anchor society handled that. I will have to remember that next time. Thank you for telling me that.

I had some Royal Caribbean Visa points I redeemed for on board credit and was able to purchase some great excursions for my May 2024 sailing from the Black Friday sale. It took some doing though because Bank of America doesn't like to apply redeemed credits to a reservation until two weeks before sailing. The person from Crown and Anchor Society i spoke with was great and he called Bank of America and convinced them to give me my redeemed points now. I am grateful for his help because waiting until two weeks before sailing would mean I wouldn't have been able to book the black Friday sale excursions. And all the good excursions would probably have been sold out. Does it make sense to anyone who has a Royal Caribbean Visa card why Bank of America doesn't like to give us our redeemed points to our reservation immediately? I'm just curious.

There are only a few shore excursions listed on the Royal Caribbean cruise planner for my upcoming cruise in April. Is this because it is too soon to book excursions and a full list will be added closer to my sail date? Thank you.
