Both the deluxe and refreshment package will include the fresh juices, smoothies, and JR shakes. Not sure if it matters to you but they will also get you bottled water and poweraide that you can take off ship on excursions. If alcohol is not important your best bet would be the refreshment package.

I can't speak to your diamond concierge question but to your first question. You can go to multiple specialty restaurants in a day with the UDP. The daily limit applies to restaurants with a la cart pricing like playmakers that you can only go to once a day. This limit is for each a la cart restaurant so you can go to two different ones in the same day. For example: Mason Jar for brunch Chops for lunch Playmakers for afternoon snacks Izumi for pre-dinner a la cart sushi Hooked for dinner Giovanni's for dessert

Had a bad experience once where the service scheduled by our TA spent 20 minutes driving to Tampa before we realized he was going the wrong way. TA dropped the company when we told her. I always pull up directions on my phone now instead of zoning out once in car. Will probably start using uber but concerned about when we have larger group with luggage.

It will probably match the one for your cruise if you look at it when the sailing matches your itinerary.

You may want to book earlier to lock in a good price or something that tends to sell out early like hibachi. You could always cancel or try to change date when you get closer to cruise and know the menus.

You can find in under "Onboard Activities" in cruise planner if it is available. We booked it end of Dec for a 3/19 cruise.

Did you pay the child price for the package? It says kids need to order from the children's menu but there isn't one in playmakers and doesn't specify anything other than the $20 credit for a la cart pricing. It looks like you should be able to use her last dinner to share $20 of food at playmaker. Would confirm this when you board.

I'm on Odyssey in two weeks with sky class and my digital and printed pass does not say suite on it, only my C&A level. My luggage tag does say suite. I always have one of my luggage tags on my carry-on bag. Do the tags for Sea class say suite?

Yes. You can mix items from both sides with the single 7.95 charge. Drinks other than juice, coffee, tea, and milk for continental breakfast cost extra. Beverage packages do not apply for room service orders.

Usually anything you would cancel once on board gets refunded as onboard credit. Refund to original form of payment seems to only happen when they cancel. Example would be for an itinerary change when a port is missed and they refund all the excursions.

Does 11-11 open bar and 5-8 happy hour apply to suite lounge on Quantum class ships? When on Harmony we got the free drinks at CK for dinner since lounge and CK next to each other. Is it same with lounge and CK not together?

Free room service breakfast on balcony is also one of my favorite ways to start the day.

You will need to make reservations for dinner. Breakfast and lunch you can just walk in.

I always have one of my luggage tags on my carry-on bag and it is still marked as a suite so if you have any issues you can show cabin number on set sail pass matches cabin on luggage tag.

I don't think I saw what ship you would be on but if it has a Vitality Spa Cafe the refreshment package would also include smoothies and vegetable juices. Protein powders are an additional charge.

One exception to the multiple entrees at a specialty restaurant is Chops. You can only have one there but multiple apps and desserts were fine.

Another thing to be aware of for your balcony is that I have occasionally had messages that crew may be on my balcony for cleaning or maintenance. Usually on a port day for a specified range of time. Make sure you close your curtains before going on shore for any excursions so you don't forget to do it when you return and get any surprises coming out to get dressed after a shower....hypothetically.

Just saw an email saying C&A Diamond level and up will be able to get discount on bottles of wine starting on Mar 10. Discount is 20% for bottles over $100 and 40% for bottles under $100(same discount as DBP for bottles)

You need to carry it on with you when you board. Do not pack it in luggage and give to porters. If you do it will be held and you will need to go to security to get your luggage cleared before you can get it.

Tip: I don't think I've ever seen it with a pre-cruise discount so I usually wait until I board and get it the day I think I'll start using it. If I have PDCC on day 2 and don't expect to use it that day I wait until day 3 and get the pro-rated cost for rest of week. I've even had one cruise where they let me use the 15% C&A discount which usually only applies to services like a massage or treatment. Doesn't hurt to ask for it.

I have purchased bottles of wine with DBP discount and shared bottle with table and never had a problem.
