  1. Hi All, I've booked a cruise on Wonder (2024) for 2 staterooms, one Balcony GTY, and the other Inside GTY. My PDF under the "Stateroom" field only says "GTY" in each of the 2 invoices. I was expecting to see a differentiation such as "Balcony GTY" and "Inside GTY". Some questions: Is this always represented as such and correct? What proof do *I* have that Balcony & Interior were in fact what I booked and paid for? Am I relying on their goodwill from the time of booking to boarding it will be correct despite #2 above? What can or has gone wrong here based on others' experiences? Thanks for your help!
  2. Hi All! On this sailing, are there dress-themed nights for dining? If not, how is that determined by Royal for which sailings? Thanks.
  3. Hello, Maybe in the same vein, we have purchased one internet package for each traveler, and the cruise booking was done with a single email address. To access the internet, I assume each user will get a unique WIFI login ID + password for their own device (which is for general internet access). But how does the Royal app work with just the single email address, yet installed on all the different devices? Does each user (read: kids) have the same "rights" as others (read: adults) to make purchases and everybody sees the same thing? It's mentioned above "to create a login", but I'm not too clear on that part. Thanks!
  4. This is true. You must have the latest version of the app and an image will appear at the bottom of the screen to click. It looks like an ad!
  5. Hello, where in the app are you all going to see the beverage/refreshment packages?
  6. Hello! 2 adults and 3 minors cruising. If they install the app on their devices before boarding (or even after boarding), what login is used to differentiate the adults vs the kids? That is, the adults can now login and make reservations using a shared email; how to prevent the kids from reserving an $$ item vs reserving a free activity? My understanding is when on-board, the app will notify an upcoming event, etc. (how long in advance?) Thanks.
  7. Hello, Regarding my question #2 above, what time is (roughly) the first car-rental (Enterprise/National in my case) shuttle departure to Terminal A? I'm strongly considering dropping my family off at the Terminal, then returning the rental vehicle, then walking/shuttling back to the Terminal. Thanks.
  8. Thanks for all the responses -- seems like there shouldn't be an issue.
  9. Thanks -- in our case, we're all one family; mom in one reservation and dad in another (a booking requirement). Trying to understand if we must all board at once or not.
  10. OK, so in my example, if the person in reservation B who is boarding later is an adult, that should be fine, since the guardian from reservation A can check-in and board with all minors across both reservations -- sound correct? Asking this to determine how best to get almost everyone on-board as early as possible.
  11. Oh, not a problem at all -- just send Inky and Binky to my stateroom!
  12. Hello, We have 2 linked reservations, A & B. Can all persons from reservation A, and one person from B, check-in at the same time, and the remaining person(s) from B check-in an hour later? Does it depend on age for example? Are there any important distinctions between the words "check-in" and "board"? I'm using them interchangeably. Thanks.
  13. OK, just to make things more interesting, I now have to decide on the family below. Are these all the same size, or are Pinky and Inky possibly larger than Binky. Yes, I can't believe I just asked that.
  14. Sure, please go ahead and measure for completeness!
  15. Hello, can anyone comment on the dimensions of the plushie, but particularly the blanket? Thanks.
  16. Hello -- please confirm "midnight" -- very much open to interpretation! For example, if sailing out of MIA and the app indicates check-in opens on October 24th, would I need to be looking at my app at 11:58PM EST on October 23 or 24? Thanks.
  17. Hi All -- looking for input from those who may have tried both. I will be flying in the day before to FLL for a Symphony cruise in December. My understanding is either way, I need to get to Terminal A. For simplicity sake, assume my origin is FLL. Does it make sense (ignoring cost, unless it's order of difference) to take a car rental from FLL to the car rental drop off near the port and then take the car rental's shuttle to Terminal A OR take an Uber directly from FLL to Terminal A? Pros/cons? Regarding car rental shuttles, how do those work in terms of frequency, capacity, number of shuttles, luggage, crowds, weather, delays, etc.? I'll likely be with Enterprise/National. Does flying into MIA (instead of FLL) change anything? Thanks for all your input!
  18. Excellent, thank-you. I've heard others are getting them mailed instead of pickup; is that an option?
  19. OK, thanks for the clarification -- it's either 100 physical or 100 digital. Can anyone elaborate "how" the 100 physical photos are shipped -- eg. are they in great shape (not bent, wet, etc.) when they arrive; anyone with experience in a shipment outside of the US?
  20. Hello, so to confirm, the 100 print package (or any of the numbered quantity packages), pricing includes 100 8x10 physical prints of my choice mailed to you (I'm in Canada), plus the hi-res digital files of all (likely >100 photos)? Thanks.
  21. Hi jrey51 -- to confirm, you booked with Costco Canada and received some OBC as part of the booking plus the Costco cash card, or the OBC was from elsewhere? Thanks.
