When is the best time to book a hotel? I noticed the further out I look to book a hotel the more expensive it is. EX: Feb 24th 2023 Friday for one night @ hotel in downtown Miami is $399, but if I book say July 22 2022 Friday the price is $235 for one night. Suggestions please.

I read an article that RC had a job fair in Spain and thousands of people showed up looking for jobs and they also had a job fair in Trinidad and Tobago which was also overwhelmed by applicants. I know it will take some time to get people trained and their travel documents in order, this is good news especially all the concerns I have been hearing about the staff shortages going on.

Is it a good idea to use lanyards and keycard holders during the cruise? And also using luggage tag holders on the luggage for the cruise?

My cruise is in late Feb 2023, I hope you are wrong about the staff shortages, either way I plan to enjoy my cruise no matter what is going on at that time

I read an article on google news that not only the new Icon class ship is being built, but also another Oasis class ship, it is supposed to be called Utopia of the seas. What is that old cliché( the more the better). The article is from thestreet.com, it is a really good article on what RC is planning for the future.

I was able to save 5% on my voom package, every little bit counts. As for me, the other packages I ordered earlier stayed the same. So far happy with results and will continue to look for more discounts. On Symphony OTS in late Feb 2023.

On Symphony in late Feb 2023, noticed on My royal cruise website that they have most, not all specialty restaurants where you can reserve the day and time. Is this something new? Or will there still be the Deluxe dining vs 3 night dining package. Also if you reserve a restaurant you can only place 1 day and time per restaurant.. Before it was you made reservations when you boarded the ship.

The deluxe beverage package just showed up for my cruise on the symphony in feb 2023 and it is $98 per day per guest. Is this normal for this package?

Actually I went an signed for the voom and surf only for $21.99 per guest, but please let me know if this is still a good price.
