I have done this multiple times with just a passport.  I believe the issue begins if you remarry and the last names don't match.

Mariner B2B March 30th and April 5th.  Then August on Harmony.

My level shows as Choice.  I don't play much and only received $200 off offers before pandemic.  Starting Oct last year, I have received emails every month for comp cruise. I have B2B on Mariner later this month and Harmony in August.  I would say 4-6 offers have gone unused.  Not sure why some are getting offers like this and others are not.  Maybe its because I haven't sailed since the restart.

Its one booking per offer.  At the bottom of the email you will see the offer code.  If you have multiple emails with different codes then you can book multiple at one time.
