  1. Have you had any luck with your refund? I’m in the same boat, cancelled and was told I’d be issued a refund for my FCCs, but no confirmation at all and told would take 30-45 days. I’m at day 27 now and hoping the refund actually comes in the timeframe they stated.
  2. I know the vaccination requirements will still be in place, I’m just having zero results with any type of refund and RC customer service always falls back on the excuse of saying “protocols can change”.
  3. Does anyone know if there are set dates that RC will release their updated protocols for dates past April 14th? My family and I are scheduled for a cruise on April 18th and aren’t vaccinated, so we have been unable to get an answer about a refund of our FCCs (original cruise date was March 2020). It has been a frustrating ordeal having $3k held up by RC for the past few years and we are hoping we can get a refund due to the vaccination policies. Any info on possible dates of protocol releases would be appreciated.
  4. I’m in the same boat, we have a cruise scheduled for April that is paid with FCCs that were issued back in March 2020. We aren’t vaccinated and are hoping to get our $3k in cash back. We’ve also added another child to the family so sailing with an infant is also something we don’t want to do. I’ll post on here if I’m able to get a refund, April policies aren’t out yet so just waiting on those.
  5. Thanks for the info, I haven’t paid taxes on it yet so I assume I’ll need to pay those by the February deadline to keep the reservation. Hoping for the best with refunds, anything back at this point would be a win.
  6. Hello, I was curious if anyone has had any success receiving a full refund of their amount paid from an FCC issued. We initially booked for a March 2020 cruise and cancelled it a few days prior due to Covid and were issued about $3k in FCC. We rebooked for June 2021, but RC cancelled that cruise and we were reissued the FCCs. We rebooked again for April 2022, but have since had a third child and are unvaccinated, which makes us unable to even cruise at this point. I’ve had absolutely no luck with RC customer service and have been told no policies are our for April yet. Has anyone had any luck with the current policies receiving a refund for the amount of the FCCs?
