We're US citizens traveling on a 4 day cruise originating out of Los Angeles. Our concern is if we get off the ship in Ensenada will that trigger retesting?

Since the US now requires International travelers inbound to have a Covid test one day prior to arrival how will that affect those of us on the Navigator of the Seas stopping in Ensenada, Mexico?

We just finished our eMed at home Covid test (both negative) The Proctors we had (Pilipino we assume) were very hard to understand. But, we're just glad we had the results we were looking for.
