  1. Great concept, but they need to put a limit on how long it can take them to issue the credit. I've been waiting almost 4 months for a full refund, I have to keep emailing them asking about it, only to be told they are working on it and it will take 7 - 10 business days.
  2. We just received an email to bid on an upgrade for our January cruise, but we are hesitant to do so, because that sailing qualifies for the C&A double points(booking have to have been made by 9/30/2021). If we win the Royal Up bid would it be considered an 'new booking' and no longer qualify for double the points?
  3. I know a lot of people are saying to go with a travel agent, but there is a BIG downside. Once you do, Royal will not answer any of your questions, or give you any information. I've been having a big problem with Future Cruise Credit, and my agent has been trying to get someone, from Royal to give her (me ) an answer. This has been going on for 7 weeks, she has escalated it, I've tried contacting Royal but they won't give me the time of day. If the ship employees of RCL were like the land based employees Sovereign would have been their last ship.
