We were on the Explorer November 7th out of Puerto Rico. Definetly not refurbished. It was a port intensive cruise so it was no big deal. Some of the hot tubs didnt work and the buttons to turn them on were missing. While dated, its very clean.

They just removed it from our Harmony of the Seas this morning by email. So it now took off Jamacia and Nassau (thats ok too. We now go to St Thomas and St Kitts instead . It sails January 9th 2022
ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING TRAVELS
Dear Guest,
To maintain your safety and wellbeing, our visit to Labadee has been replaced with Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas due to the current political and security situation in Haiti. Regrettably, this also impacts our visit to Falmouth, Jamaica and Nassau, Bahamas because of its distance from St. Thomas. Instead, we’ll visit Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis and have a sea day, and we’ll arrive in Perfect Day at CocoCay a little later than planned. We know how much time and effort go into planning your cruise with us, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Nonetheless, we’re excited to take you to new ports and know you’ll have an excellent time! Below, please find our revised Harmony of the Seas January 9th, 2022 itinerary.

Harmony of the Seas is a destination in itself! Our thrill seekers can take the plunge on our dual waterslides – The Perfect Storm, surf the waves on the Flowrider, test your bravery on our zip line at sea, then set your lasers to fun as you take part in a laser tag adventure. If relaxing is more your thing, enjoy a drink on the Rising Tide Bar, take a stroll down Central Park, or grab a quick bite at Dog House.

There is a great sports bar on the beach (Highrise area) behind Playa Linda called Carlitos outdoors with lots of tv's and happy hours.
You can grab a great burger in front of Play Linda at a place called Chicken and Lobster for lunch. Price is higher than Carlitos but the burger is amazing!
If you take a local bus or taxi from the port to Eagle Beach (Low Rise Area) then take the shuttle boat (see the jet ski opertators in front of Paradise Beach Villas on Eagle Beach) you can get dropped off (they just ask for a "tip" for the boat) at pier in Highrise area at the pier and enjoy Calitos and some shopping if you want. Then either a taxi or bus back to the port.
Or you can take the bus right to the Highrise area and skip Eagle Beach but then you would be missing one of the top 5 beaches in the world

If you are in Florida, look up Curative and Nomi Health. Both are walk /drive up locations with rapid test and they are emailed /texted to you in 20 minutes. They also offer PCR but those take 48 hours. I think Royal Caribbean takes the rapid.
These are located all over Florida.
Good Luck

We were on the Explorer in November. First time to St Thomas so I don't think I will be much help, but we took an excursion not through RC and we did what I think yours is. We went to Mountain top, then he stopped at Drakes Seat (nice but Mountain top was a much better view) and then down to Magen's Bay. I am so glad we did Mountain top for our first time since its the same view you see almost every time you see anything for St. Thomas. I think your Fear Of Missing Out will be ok with this. Plus the ride to the top of the Island with the roads was half the fun! Glad I was not driving!
Like I said though, our first time there. Hopefully more will comment since we are now going right back in January since our Harmony ports have changed and we will now want to do something else.
