My wife and I dined at Jamie's Italian on Mariner of the Seas in February 2019. We couldn't believe what a step down it was from the main dining hall. Details of the meal are fuzzy as its been two years but I remember being served hard olives, glorified lunchmeat, flat wine, and other disappointing, forgettable food. We probably should have complained to someone, it felt like a huge waste of money and we couldn't help wishing we were dining with the friends we made previously from our group back in the excellent main hall. Has anyone else eaten at a Jamie's and had a strong opinion on it?

I've only been once but we stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Midtown and had a fantastic experience. Spacious rooms, fair pool, complimentary infused water and continental breakfast, concierge went above and beyond for us, and they had a reasonably priced shuttle that took us to the port, all for a reasonable rate, at least for when we stayed there.

We were there about three years ago. We wanted to do the pirate museum so much but for some reason it closed suuuuper early that day. I'll have to check Matt's suggestions soon but we enjoyed the forts and the Oh Andros fish fry restaurant. It helped that we had a great tour guide.

My wife was looking forward to doing the Swimming Pigs experience in CocoCay on our cruise that was canceled for Feb2021 and then again in April 2021. We're pushing out to next winter now, and that experience is not available. Does anyone have any insight as to why its gone or if it will return?

Independence of the Seas Jan 31 — Feb 4, 2022

Looking forward to going back in February. We had a blast going two years ago, and its a great way to break up the cold winter weather. We got super unlucky with the hours of the Pirate museum last time, this time we'll make sure to go there first. The beach in Cocokay is amazing, especially for being able to swim with all that sea life around you.

Greetings! My wife and I love to travel. Only one RC cruise under our belts, though her family did a few Disney cruises long before she met me. We will be cruising Independence of the Seas Jan 31 - Feb 4 2022 and would love to meet some other people. We love anime, gaming, musicals, drinks, and just meeting new fun-loving people.
