We were booked with them for a cruise that was cancelled they have never given us our money back after multiple times checking I finally gave up. I would not recommend them!

Looking for a decent hotel in Miami near the port and availability of transportation to the port would be awesome!

This was a gift certificate purchased for me for a birthday present. It was not credit card points or FCC.

We were refunded all of our cruise funds except the $500 gift certificate we used to book does anyone know how this is refunded? We got our other $$ back weeks ago but haven’t heard anything about our gift certificate.
