Hi OCSC Mike, I hope you can shed some light on the Walgreens test, we will be in the Orlando area 3 days pre cruise from upstate New York. What I need to know is the Walgreens NAAT test free,  make an appt. drive & no cost, or do you have to submit it to your insurance to be reimbursed? We're trying to decide between that or the emed 6 kits for $125, I read on the Walgreens site something about $129 per person. Thanks.

I can report that just as melmar02 said the credits are refunded immediately and you can rebook right away using the refunded credits!

We have a shore excursion booked that is now showing a cheaper price. Normally I use a credit card, but this time I used part of our 125% credit. Does anyone know do they return the price to your obc if you cancel and rebook at the lower price? I've done the rebook several times with the credit card but never with an obc. Thanks!

We got our FCC cleared up, seems they only gave us credit for one person and then divided that in half! Now our next question is can you get the Visa points we redeemed for OBC switched to our newly booked cruise? Do you call Royal or Visa? Thanks in advance, I'm glad I found this blog!!

Hi all, I hope I have this right, we should receive our FCC by email somewhere around April 30, we then have to call RCCL to apply it to our new rebooked Alaska cruise for 2021 after we pay the $500 down payment. I read somewhere that the FCC can not be applied online to the reservation that you must call to have it applied, is this true? Thanks in advance!!
