Yes totally agree. I am booked on 4th April, one of the planned ports has already announced no entry to cruise ships of which RC must be aware but they are have not passed this info on to any customer that I am aware of. Just over 2 weeks to go and not a clue if or where we will be sailing. It's OK other members saying get a future credit etc but it's not that simple when I have other bookings prior to and after the cruise element. A bit more customer contact would be appreciated from RC.

Totally sympathise with this situation as customers they take none of this into account regarding parking arrangements, ordering travel money etc. Waiting in limbo is not nice puts a proper dampener on a holiday you may have been very excited about for a long time.

Not amazed or surprised but maybe an astute move by RC, in all likelihood lots more sailings will be cancelled and rather than full refunds they have managed to keep your money in their account.
