    We don't regret canceling as our safety is more important than money lost. Our family are more than happy not having to worry about us and we are now enjoying a alternative relaxing Holiday. Totally our choice to cancel and respect those who choose not to , but cant believe it does not dampen the experience of a holiday in this region. We were due to go 13 th .. have cancelled. We could not relax and would be apprehensive. That's just our opinion of course. Hope you have a great holiday ?

    If RC want to encourage loyalty they should realise the honest majority do not want to continue with forthcoming cruises in this area. . It has seriously tested my loyalty after all these years.

    Was just asking same thing about CFAR ...as for being vigilant Meerkat springs to mind .

    I'm sure most from uk will have travel insurance..most travel agents insist on it . We have a world wide yearly insurance but I've never encountered CFAR cover . Is it more common in USA . ?

    We were going to be on same cruise on Sunday .. have cancelled. Holiday should be relaxing not apprehensive. I suppose it depends on peoples attitude to risk . Our family are pleased we cancelled as they would have been concerned for us the whole holiday till we returned. The loss of money is hard to take but we will get over it .

    Yes Epernay that's the position we are in now ..got to make a decision over next few days . Cant see us being relaxed as we normally are on a cruise. I suppose it's what peoples attitude to risk is .

    We are due to travel to Dubai on the 11th of January. We also would be happier if Royal Caribbean cancelled cruises around gulf .. . Too late for us to cancel with loosing 100% of cost .
