  1. I just called customer service to take advantage of the best price guarantee and after being on the hold for nearly 2 hours, my call was disconnected. This was after the rep told me I wasn't eligible for a reduction because it was past my final due date. To which I responded, the promotion is listed on your website and I and my cruise is eligible 😣

    I don't have the energy to call back now...I just sent a message...any advice?

    If I have the refreshment drink package and I want to order a Pina colada, would I pay the difference between the cost of a mocktail and traditional Pina colada or will I be charged the full price of the Pina Colada? 

    I heard you can pay the difference between speciality drinks when you have the deluxe package and I wanted to know if it worked with the refreshment package too.
