We are staying at the Holiday Inn Vacation Club before our cruise. Hotel doesn't offer transfers - is it walkable to the pier (with two littles)? Easy to get an Uber for 4 with bags?

I believe its because they are moving people over from the Navigator to the Freedom and don't want inventory to disappear before moving those on a cancelled sailing first.

Aren't the beach loungers the "clamshells"? I thought those weren't free. Watching a YouTube video from January of this year it shows the loungers/clamshells, bungalows, cabanas and beach beds. I guess I'm just getting confused.

I know it's not really a cabana, but are beach loungers and/or bungalows on the island still? First time RCCL cruiser and I'm getting confused with all the options from before it was Perfect Day. I don't see the loungers or bungalows in my Cruise Planner to pre-book, so are they either not there anymore or just not available to book prior arrival?
