  1. Yes, and that is calculated right. A 4 day Halifax cruise was 8 points and a 7 day Coco Cay was 14 points.
  2. That's a lot of ships and some are quite old. Thanks for the list.
  3. So maybe they have some Royal Caribbean convoluted way of calculating points never we have a 5 day Bermuda cruise I think 2010 that we only got 1 point. I'm confused by it all.
  4. Our first Royal Caribbean cruise was 2009 Explore 9 days to Canada/NE that was our honeymoon cruise. Anyway that is on the past cruises page as 18 points which is what it should be before we had a grand suite. I think I'm missing anything cruises wise.
  5. I simply can't figure it out because I don't think I'm missing any cruises. I like the 120 points so I won't be complaining or even coming near asking Royal Caribbean about it.
  6. There was one suite in there on our honeymoon but that is why it's 18 points. It was 9 days so 18. Junior suites still get 2 points per night. We will have one in September because we have a suite guarantee.
  7. Yes, my wife was each of these cruises starting with our Honeymoon cruise on Explorer 9 days to Canada/NE. That was a suite so 18. I'm not sure if there are any missing, it looks right but it's been many years now so hard to be 100%. Old system of counting or earning points maybe but again not sure. It's interesting because I really have no full explanation but I certainly do like the points I have. We have I should say.
  8. It's so funny because I have done this before and it never makes sense. I shouldn't even be putting this out there but I'm a very curious guy. When I go through my past cruises it says 12 and adds up to 95 points but on my Crown and anchor page I have 120 points soon to be 130 after our cruise in September. Now there is one cruise a 5 day cruise to Bermuda that says 2 points earned which makes no sense either because it should be 5. Even with that 3 points being off still would make it 98. What am I missing and is everyone's kinda confusing and not exactly seeming exactly right? Again hopefully Royal doesn't see this and recalculate.
  9. That's what I thought. Very cheap. Definitely looking into this next May on Oasis. Liberty obviously doesn't have this technology which we will be on in September.
  10. What is the price? I thought they were pretty cheap? I mean definitely cool you can reuse them though. Good to know.
  11. Wait I didn't know you could reuse them? You mean we could buy them on our Oasis cruise and use them on other ships?
  12. Does anyone else kinda find this game a little fun? I will admit I check probably 5 to 10 times a day but I would open the Royal Caribbean app that many times if I didn't have a GTY suite. It's just a thing I do.
  13. I don't see them for sale in the cruise planner but it'd be just cool and they would be in you room when they are ready the first day.
  14. I suppose you can't pre cruise purchase the wow band?
  15. And another price drop today. Small drops but I'll take it. I think it's down 382 bucks from when I booked it.
  16. I just got another price drop yesterday but it wasn't much. I guess it just updates when with the slightest drop. My TA handles it and it might be automated when there is a drop no matter how small.
  17. Man I can't wait to see what Royal Caribbean comes with the Discovery class!! They always surprise us and surprise us good. I hope we get some idea soon.
  18. Wow I would love to be assigned an AFT junior suite. That would be very cool. Very cool for you!
  19. Just a quick question because I think I heard this before. When they do "issue" the room you can then ask to be moved to an open cabin if there is one? I mean I would say that will be remote in our case because it's a suite and there probably won't by much or anything to move up but just asking about that situation?
  20. Screams kickback from CC thus making Carnival a S-ton of extra money. I get it money is what makes the world go round, it's what a business is here for but businesses lose sight of their core business, Carnival makes money from cruises. That is there business. Ever see the movie Sully about the crash on the Hudson River? His instructor when he was a teenager said and needed forget no matter what's happened fly the airplane. It means keep your head on the what's truly important, not on peripherals.
  21. I was wondering how that worked. I understand the situation but that would not be fun.
  22. Yeah just luck of the draw. I believe I chose the room on Adventure. It was booked with Cruise credit from cancelled cruise because of Covid. We got to rebook our Oasis cruise to Coco Cay and with the leftover CC we booked this nice short 4 day cruise on Adventure to Halifax. Double points on each if I remember too.
  23. So it's extra huge no? Isn't that what an accessible room is and probably a very large bathroom? That's an interesting twist.
  24. I'm more just curious, because a suite GTY should be ok pretty much no matter what. I looked up all Junior suites on Liberty and they all seemed to be in good locations but I am really not picky. We are not picky I should say. I can't remember a time we had a room and thought it was bad or the location was bad. We sailed Adventure and the room location was fine but the bathroom door has a huge rust spot that kinda grossed me out but chalked it up to an old ship. That was a short 4 day cruise to Halifax and our room attendant was not the greatest which I can never remember saying either. Oh that was just out of COVID so that may be why.
  25. We are all paid up for our Liberty cruise in September. Now the suspense really builds to see what GTY suite we get! Like I said it's fun and not.
