  1. Sorry you had so much trouble. I had to unfortunately cancel a cruise do to health reasons. RCCL was great to work with. I received my refund when promised and my cruise credit within the 5-7 business days as discussed. Was able to rebook a later cruise with out any problems. RCCL customer service was top notch for me.
  2. Can I add insurance after I booked with RCCL? I thought I bought it but it doesn't show up on the invoice.

  4. I have no idea if "the Key" is worth the purchase for me and my husbands upcoming April 2020 cruise. It is now available for purchase. Help!
  5. The soda pkg is 30% off. do i have to pay for this now or just save to my cart and pay later? Will price still be good? Our cruise is not until Apr/2020
  6. Just booked our first cruise since 04' to celebrate my 50th bday! We'll be sailing out of ft. Lauderdale in April. Any recommendations of a hotel to stay close to the port?
