Why don't they have more variety of NA beer and wine.i have travel to UK many times and they have over 100 varieties. Can't see why  RCCL don't cater to us

Also in state delivery package they will not substitute a wine or champagne for a NA one I have tried stating we don't offer it

I wanted to get a anniversary package delivered to our state room again refused to substitute. We sail in Jan 2019

Welcome to the message boards!

I suspect that Royal is simply catering based on demand.  On a ship they can't possibly have every possible beverage on board.  If there was more demand they would likely carry more.

Feel free to email them and let them know your thoughts.  If other's are doing the same and requesting more NA then they will likely respond by carrying more.  Post cruise mention it in the survey you will get after the cruise is over.

Because truthfully it is a very niche market.  Those who drink beer and wine typically do so at least partly for the alcohol and those who do not consume alcohol usually are more interested in soda, fruity virgin drinks, or water.  As twangster said, with limited space on a ship stocking a large variety of items with little demand isn't good for RCCL's bottom line or the desires of most of those sailing.

Regardless, do let them politely know that you would like a larger selection.  If there is more demand than they realize they might increase their selection.  Either way I do hope that you enjoy your cruise and welcome to the boards!
