We were on the Vision (near the elevator) and the noise on deck 7 was LOUD! Does anyone have any Brilliance experience in a cabin near the centrum on deck 7? Is it still loud on deck 9? Dawn T. Posted June 25, 2018 Report Share Posted June 25, 2018 Hi @craig403. Not sure this will help, but we had cabin 9576 on Serenade, and there was no issue with noise from the centrum. It may be that this cabin is far enough away from it. We also had cabin 1560 on deck 10 on Brilliance twice, and no noise issue either trip. Most have said cabins on the starboard side of the hump are much better than the port side due to the wall between cabins and elevators. DocLC Posted July 1, 2018 Report Share Posted July 1, 2018 I do. It's LOUD! We were in room 7094 (extended balcony), which is the first room off the Centrum. It was very loud and the music carried well into the cabin. If you were down the hall, it would likely not be noticed, though. We were able to cope with the noise using a white noise app on our phone, but light sleepers who go to bed early might have problems.
