Rory86 Posted March 25 Report Posted March 25 Hello, We are Diamond C&A, but this will be our first cruise with our little one since he joined our family last year. We booked a 2 bedroom Grand Suite on Independence OTS. This particular one apparently used to be part of a larger suite but was chopped up into two suites, at least if YouTube is to be believed. Our question is whether we could fit a Pack and Play (or crib) in the second bedroom? Perhaps if we separated the beds we could put it right up the middle? Similarly, will we be able to get his caretaker a spare key to our cabin or must we surrender one of our Sea Passes when she is on duty? Any other practicalities for traveling with a toddler would be appreciated. Thanks so much. Quote
Matt Posted March 25 Report Posted March 25 We've fit pack n plays in many much smaller cabins. But when I say "fit", I mean physically put it in three. Cant say there's a ton of space to get around it, but it's a necessary evil. Royal will provide a crib. They call it a crib, but it was always a pack n play in my experience. 11 hours ago, Rory86 said: Similarly, will we be able to get his caretaker a spare key to our cabin or must we surrender one of our Sea Passes when she is on duty? You can get a spare key, just go to Guest Services once you get onboard. 11 hours ago, Rory86 said: Any other practicalities for traveling with a toddler would be appreciated. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2024/12/06/baby-toddler-cruise-packing-list https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2024/08/16/mistakes-when-cruising-with-babies-toddlers-kids-teens https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2020/04/07/introduction-bringing-toddlers-royal-caribbean-cruise Quote
