RC app not showing reservations

The app on my phone correctly displays the cruise we have booked. However, the shows I reserved (the other day) and our excursions I have booked no longer show on my app. It's been like this for about 2 days now, ever since check in. When I log into my account on a desktop however, the reservations are still there. Is this a mess up with the app on my end? (I've checked to make sure it's updated), or is this an IT issue with RC? Should I call customer service? Or will it work itself out on its own? The cruise is Oct 22nd on wonder.
