CrisK
Hello everyone! My group will be traveling on Liberty of the Seas from 7/27 to 8/5. I know Uber and Lyft and private transportation like Carmel and dial 7 are an option. But we have a rather large group (6 families) traveling and we’re trying to avoid bringing all those cars. We’re struggling with finding shuttle service. Does anyone have recommendations for any shuttle service traveling from NYC (Manhattan, JFK, LGA) to Bayonne? Or any recommendations for using public transportation? Thank you in advanced and happy travels everyone! RCIfan1912
Pattycruise
Where are you starting from? Where will you be leaving your cars? RCIfan1912
CrisK
We’re staying close to JFK and can leave our cars there. We can travel anywhere in NYC. It’s just finding a shuttle or transportation to Bayonne that we need help with. It’s too expensive to leave the 6 cars at the port for 10 days. Thank you
Pattycruise
Sounds like you are staying at a private home then? Maybe the owners can recommend a limousine service.. here is a link for checking out transportation ideas, bus-subway, railroad etc…https://www.rome2rio.com/map/New-York-JFK-Airport-JFK/New-York-Penn-Station if you get to penn station you can then do the search for going from penn station to Bayonne cruise port. if you are leaving your cars at a hotel then maybe consider changing your hotel reservations to something in the NJ area that has park and cruise included. CrisK
Thank you! We’re opting to use the train and then Uber. I hope the trains are not too packed
Pattycruise
Depending on the time you leave-you may hit crowded subways but the trains into NJ shouldn’t be crowded
Floatingby
https://www.trinityreservations.com/ is another option. They can book larger shuttles for you.
