Anchors Away Posted July 21, 2023 Report Share Posted July 21, 2023 Our last RC cruise was our 10th anniversary celebration back in 2009 on Freedom of the Seas and it was spectacular! We were upgraded to a Grand suite, had dinner with the captain almost every night, got a VIP tour of the bridge, and meet three other couples in the conseire lounge every afternoon. It was amazing!? This coming August we will be celebrating our 24 th year anniversary on Independence and we are so excited! Due to some glitches in the reservation on line reservation software we had room issues and will be staying in a balcony room instead of a suite but we're totally excited!! Could I doubler you to drop by the casino to change for two of the $5 and two of the $1 chip for my collection. I will pay for the chips, postage and additional for the troubler I caused you. Yes, just go to any table with $1 and $5 casino chips, they will give you the chips in exchange for USD$. I only collect the ones with the cruise name on it. From what I gathered online, they are starting to replace the chip with chips without cruise name on it. Since it is for collection, you can ask for less faded chips in better condition. I got my first chip as a memento, and get hook on it. I normally buy them from fellow collectors who sell them online. I buy a pair of $1 and $5 chips to display both sides of the casino chips.
