If we wait to purchase the unlimited dining package, would we receive a discount on the package since we are not using the BOGO? I think this is conceptually similar to the discount you receive on the internet package when you buy the whole week. The D+ dining BOGO is typically for day 1 and 2 only but some ships might allow use on other days if things are slow. The UDP may or may not be offered on board. If it has sold out in advance it may not be offered on board. On some ships UDP selling out is common. There is no UDP discount for D+ members if you use the BOGO or not. On board internet prices are much higher than packages purchased in advance. D+ receive two free days of internet or a discount against a full voyage package purchased on board.
