JohnK6404 Posted February 8, 2023 Report Share Posted February 8, 2023 Did you get the "Your Cruise Statement" by e-mail the day you disembarked (a.k.a. "Final Guest Statement" PDF doc)? That should list every chargeable transaction... here's part of ours from last month... If not, I believe you can also contact Royal by e-mail or phone (see below) and request the "folio" for your cruise which should include your breakdown of onboard charges (drink package zero charges included as well I believe). You used to be able to access the document directly through the website for a short period and then it would eventually be archived. Looks like they changed that! If you go into the website, go into your past cruises...
