Cozumel - Save the Turtles?

Does anyone here have experience with the Save the Turtles shore excursion on Cozumel? It's an option we're considering but would love some feedback. Thanks!

It was discussed on another thread, and a poster liked it.  Said something about late afternoon or evening time slot for the baby turtles to crawl back to the sea.
