How can I file complaint with corporate?

Just got home after a long drive home from Port Canaveral today.  But I was on hold with Royal post cruise to speak to someone for 1 hr 45 mins to have them answer and then just not talk after I asked how I could file complaint about my trip and the medical staff.
Brief explanation, ate some bad food, got the poops, so did my friends son, unfortunately he later got sick in the main dining room. He went to see shop doctor, felt better after he got sick. So they sent him on his way. They told doctor about me and they said I should go to report incase anyone else got sick.  So I went down, felt fine (it was all left in my room 2 hrs prior) they ended up putting me in quarantine for the rest of the trip.  All because I went to bathroom more than 5 times. ( it was like a matter of 15 mins) to me that is one long one).

After being told I had to be quarantined, my wife was then told we will be escorted off the ship at 6:30.

I guess my question is, how can a child that just got sick in the dining room not be quarantined, but I can for going to the bathroom more than 5 times? We had a total of 10 people in our group. I was the only one that had to stay in my room for the rest of the trip.  My wife could come and go as she pleased.  Does this seem right?!?!

not to mention my medical report was not correct.

You can contact the offices of the president and CEO of the company, Michael Bayley.  mbayley@rccl.com

He gets thousands of emails each day so he has a team of people that monitor his inbox.  Don't expect him to see your email in person.   Someone on his team will likely forward your email to the relevant department within the company.
