Valerie Posted July 30, 2022 Report Share Posted July 30, 2022 We were very surprised to find that the Port of vina is up to three hours bus ride from Marco Polo airport in Venice. Apparently they’ve been sailing out of the sport for a year, but neglected to point that out to us when we booked planning to fly into Venice. It actually would’ve been closer to fly into Bologna than into Venice. They said they were giving us $50 per person shipboard credit to offset the cost of transfer. It was going to cost us $370 to hire a car to take us there. Royal Caribbean told us they had no more transfers available, so we scarred around trying to find another agency. I then called Royal Caribbean back again a few days later and they had transfers available. We knew that it was not going out of Venice, but we never dreamt that the port would be three hours away! Brilliance OTS has been replaced by Enchantment OTS for the 2023/24 Mediterranean season as of 28 July 2022. You should have been contacted by now.
