When we booked we were told we did but when the points were posted we didn't. wondering if it was worth a call to Royal or if we were just told incorrect information initially. SpeedNoodles Posted July 8, 2022 Report Share Posted July 8, 2022 Yes, you should be getting points for your pre-cruise tour if it's booked with Royal Caribbean (I'm assuming you did an Alaskan pre-cruise tour?) Matt just interviewed someone this week on his podcast who did an Alaskan pre-cruise tour. Call the Crown and Anchor Society number directly and check (don't call the regular number).
