StreetParker
We received our negative COVID test results today from a DoD installation laboratory. Our documentation did not include "the lab’s CLIA Lab Number or Certification Number" as mentioned on the RC website. When we questioned the lab about it, they said DoD installations do not require those numbers. Should we expect any issues when onboarding? KristiZ
Welcome to the boards! If it is a printed result with some kind of logo, and with no handwriting (except possibly a signature) you should be fine. Hope that helps!
smokeybandit
DoD doesn't participate in CLIA because it has an equivalent program called CLIP (DoD always did have to be difficult) that HHS recognizes. You shouldn't have any issues unless you have a rookie check-in person. https://health.mil/Reference-Center/Policies/2018/12/27/MOU-on-the-CLIA-1988-between-DoD-and-HHS
