TJP Posted March 22, 2022 Report Share Posted March 22, 2022 I was just checking the planner for our cruise to the eastern Caribbean next week. I noticed that an excursion that we booked for St. Maarten is no longer showing up in the cruise planner, but is still showing as reserved in the app. Can anyone please tell me what this might indicate--excursion fully booked, excursion cancelled, etc? HeWhoWaits Posted March 22, 2022 Report Share Posted March 22, 2022 Usually the excursion will show as "Sold Out" in the planner rather than disappearing, but that is not always the case. Try checking for the excursion in your calendar in the planner online rather than through the app. If you want a "quick" answer from Royal, email is not the way to go.
