BrendaA Posted February 25, 2022 Report Share Posted February 25, 2022 Hello, My cruise sails in 23 days and I have a problem. I'm traveling with a good friend and her family. Our party is a total of 9 people. We had our room (3 in my family) and they had 2 rooms adjoining, 3 people per room and these rooms were all next to each other (3 in a row). RC cancelled one of the adjoining rooms due to social distancing and put the 3 people down the hall. Essentially what they did is split up a family. Who can fix this at RC? They said because we booked with a 3rd party that we have to work it out with them. Its kind of crazy that they would split a family and tell us the agent has to get involved. Oh and by the way they also cancelled the excursion for the 3 people that were in that room! Does anyone have a contact person that can handle a mess ? Thank you!
