Hvoletsky
Booked on the 3/19 symphony and just got an email that our tiki boat tour was cancelled. Other excursions for the island are still listed. I know omicron is causing a lot of issues but this seems excursion specific?
JohnK6404
We had a similar experience with our OCT Oasis sailing. For Nassau, we had booked the Atlantis Dolphin Encounter and Water Park excursion and it was cancelled a couple of months before sailing. All of the Atlantis excursions were pulled from the Cruise Planner... my guess was that they decided to limit access to their facilities to resort guests only at that time. We were able to switch excursions since we were so far out from sail date. It is strange that a boat tour was cancelled...
SPS
This could be for a host of reasons that do not even have to do with COVID.. They could be out of business, no longer have a service agreement with the cruise line, or "other".
