Tania Posted December 28, 2021 Report Share Posted December 28, 2021 I was able to check in on my laptop. I was able to enter my passport info and select a time at the port. It said I needed to go to the app to upload my vaccine card / info. When I go on my app where check in is suppose to be, it's not there. I have removed the app and reloaded it (incase I didn't have the latest version) and still nothing. I have the Iphone 13 so I have the latest phone too. No sure whats going on. Help. AshleyDillo Posted December 28, 2021 Report Share Posted December 28, 2021 It's ok if you don't get a chance to upload the vaccine card into the app. They are still requiring you to bring the original to the port when you check-in. They will take a photo of it then if they need to. Uploading it to the app saves a whole 10 seconds at check-in, if that.
