I think this may depend on the source of the credit. I have a $50 OBC from my agent for my November cruise that isn't showing up in the Cruise Planner. I'm assuming if it was from RC directly it would show up in the Cruise Planner, but since its from a TA they may hold it until I board. We also have an additional 50 on board credit that is not showing up as bcarney mentioned. They are a nice perk and have no restrictions.
