choirbird
Hello all! My fiancé and I have booked our first Royal Caribbean cruise for our honeymoon in August 2022. I'll be turning 34 right when we get home from the cruise and have a couple medical reasons that might make it difficult to conceive, so we want to start trying right after our wedding June 4. It seems quite unlikely that we'll get pregnant right away, but theoretically if we did, I would be a maximum 13 weeks pregnant at the end of the cruise, so no concerns about not being allowed on board. I'm a little concerned about nausea/seasickness, but not enough to reschedule. My question is this: I'm a big planner, and plan to book shore excursions and drink packages in advance. If I do get pregnant, would I be able to change shore excursions from moderate to mild, and change my drink package to the non-alcoholic one, or would I lose money? mjb1127
Yes, you absolutely can cancel excursions and drink packages and then re-book for easier excursions and the refreshment package. Try to book a mid-ship cabin as far as seasickness. Congrats on your upcoming wedding and enjoy all the planning.
