KyleW2
Had a cruise scheduled for March 16th and decided to cancel and reschedule later in the year. Spent a few hours on hold, finally got through and the guy told me he put the cancellation through however I have received no confirmation email of this and my account is still showing that I am ready to set sail on Monday. This was over 12 hours ago. Is there a delay in showing cancellations? I would assume it would be somewhat instant (within 30 minutes or so). Thanks in advance. KyleW2
According to RC it will take a few days as the cancellation has to be finalized by another department than who you speak to on the phone. As of today, FCC refunds within 10 business days and drink packages etc within 7 business days. Rather worrying as the cruise departs on Monday but we will see.
