Nick D Posted November 10, 2019 Report Share Posted November 10, 2019 I am cruising on Empress of the Seas and noticed that they are not supported on the Royal app. Is that correct? I saw that there is a cheaper internet package just for web surfing. But it isn't showing up on cruise planner. Just the voom streaming 11.99 package. Is there a cheaper package available. GregD Posted November 10, 2019 Report Share Posted November 10, 2019 You are correct. Empress is not supported at this time. $11.99 isn’t terrible for the streaming package. How soon is your sail date? If you are quite far out still, not everything may be populated into the cruise planner yet. 6-9 months out is when everything is usually there.
