jlang1
I accidently left behind some personal items in my stateroom on a 12/8 departure on the Allure of the Seas. These were items that our attendant would know were not for him to keep. I followed up with the RCCL lost and found and wrote a letter but no response or nothing at this time. I have our attendants full name/cabin # and gave that info to RCCL and am wondering if anyone knows what more I can do to retrieve these items? Matt
I'm assuming you emailed luggageemail@rccl.com ? If so, they say it can take up to 5 business days to respond.
