As of December 30th 2015, there are now charges for IFly & NorthStar on Quantum of the Seas out of Asia. They only announced it on 24th December. I booked and paid for my March cruise in November so I am waiting to hear from them. I have had to book them both and pay or risk missing out as times were very limited.
