WAAAYTOOO Posted January 9, 2019 Report Share Posted January 9, 2019 When I go to a new port, I always take a general "familiarization" excursion the first time. Then, if I go back, I will know where I might want to spend more time. We were just in St. Maarten and we did the Phillipsburg by Trolley excursion. It cost $29 PP. Granted, you don't see anything except for the city - it's not an island tour but it was fun, inexpensive and it had a shopping stop, which was a plus.
