Hi all, Does anyone know why Royal are changing the deck plans for every single one of their ships on the ship's first sailing after May 1st? If you are unsure what I am referring to, check the link here, https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-ships/deck-plans and you can see that when you go into all of them, they all say that their current deck plans are only valid until May? If I had to make a wild guess, I might wonder if it's the date where all ships will be on the Royal Caribbean Smartphone App, in which case they may switch to the more detailed deck plans found on said applications. Any other ideas?

This is the latest I found on which ships have the Royal App and what features are available on each. Seems like Allure and Harmony are the only ships with the chat feature. Got the chart from here. @Matt's post from May 16 showed that it was on Quantum (not listed here) and that it should identify Key buyers (which it did not on my May 18 Symphony sailing). So this chart may or may not be 100% accurate and I could not find it on the actual RCL site.

Has anyone been able to use the Royal App to check-in to Symphony of the Seas? When I click on my reservation on the app, I get this message: My cruise is only 48 days to departure, well in the 90 day check-in window. If you have been able to use the app to check-in, how is it? Did you try the Expedited Arrival in port? -Crafty
