Are there irons in the rooms?

These formal nights, is it like prom formal? Also typical dining room dinner, men must wear jackets and tie, but can I wear pants and blouse? Like business casual?

Also- if I have a garment bag, do I have to carry with me or will they take with luggage?

I keep hearing to take a carry on- which sounds like I'm packing for the airport... What is the actual deal? Whatever I want to carry for convenience or do they only let you carry 1, or 2 bags per person, of a specific size? Also, if I'm bringing wine, do I carry in this carry on bag or pack it? Thanks for your reply. Logmein is a remote access tool (website). I would be able to remotely connect to my work PC. This is a working cruise for me and if that was blocked, my other option is vpn, but I have to know beforehand because one requires I leave my PC at work and the other requires I have it with me.
