You will actually be a few minutes walk from the ramblas. on the Ramblas, there are two options: down to the port and the sea or up to the Plaza de Catalunya and Gracia (for example, visit Gaudí’s palaces or the Sagrada Familia). Right next to the H10 Madison, I recommend visiting the Palace of Catalan Music. On the Plaza de Catalunya you will find the tourist office which will give you all the necessary information. It is a very beautiful city, easy to visit.

We are French and have made several cruises from Barcelona. The boat arrives early in Barcelona and usually from 6.30/7.00 it is possible to get off. BUT once there was another boat that broke down in the harbour and we were late. That’s exceptional. For international departures from BCN El Prat, you must arrive at least 3h before. So there must be no problem for a flight at 12:30. The simplest thing is not to use the luggage service. You keep the luggage and you go out alone.
